Superstars Collection Giveaway Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • The giveaway competition is open to individuals who are 18 or older at the time of entry.
    • Employees, officers, and directors of Superstars Collection, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

  2. Entry Period:

    • The giveaway competition will begin on 19 July 2023 at 6pm AEST and end on 28 July 2023 at [6pm AEST. All entries must be received within this period to be considered.

  3. How to Enter:

    • To enter the giveaway competition, participants must fill out the form on the competition landing page.
    • Multiple entries from the same person are not allowed, and any attempts to use multiple accounts or other methods to enter multiple times may result in disqualification.

  4. Prizes:

    • The prizes for the giveaway competition are as follows: general admission double pass (1 of 10 prizes to go).
    • The general admission double pass is only for Melbourne venue, The Timber yard.
    • The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

  5. Winner Selection:

    • The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
    • The winner(s) will be announced on 28 July 2023 via email.

  6. Claiming the Prize:

    • The winner(s) will be required to respond to the email to confirm their prize
    • If a selected winner fails to claim the prize within the specified time or does not meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be chosen.
    • The winners will need to find their own transportation to and from the event. No travel allowances will be made available. 

  7. Publicity Release:

    • By participating in the giveaway competition, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.

  8. Privacy Policy:

    • All personal information collected from participants during the giveaway competition will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

  9. Disqualification:

    • Superstars collection reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.

  10. Limitation of Liability:

  • Superstars collection shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from the participation in the giveaway competition or the acceptance and use of the prize(s).

  • The giveaway competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
